Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign
A new and improved Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign will launch January 13, 2010.
HHQI National Campaign is a grassroots movement designed to unite home health stakeholders and multiple health care settings under the shared vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations and improving medication management. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has contracted with WVMI & Quality Insights to lead this national initiative across settings.
As an HHQI Local Area Network of Excellence (LANE), we are the central hib of campaign activity for Alliance members. Please join us in the movement to evolve home health care through quality improvement: the new HHQI National Campaign.
